Norfolk coast photography

September 18, 2012

Hello, Above is a brand new image L734612bw, 'White Horses Ride', created at Hunstanton, Norfolk. High tide with a wind behind caused a swell that came over the sea defence and onto the promenade. To see more images go to www.coastalphotography.co.uk and 'search' Hunstanton.   This is a new photograph also - L664012bwsq, 'End of Harvest'. Lines of cut corn and bales depict the end of the harvest and the beginnings of Autumn. Personally I love this time of year, everything seems calm after a busy summer and I want to go out early to feel the morning chill on my face and the freedom of being 'the only one on the beach'. Janice Alamanou Coastal photography mounted and framed, are currently at The Grapevine Gallery - Burnham Market, Big Blue Sky - Wells-next-the-Sea, Jarrolds - The Forum, Norwich, Le Strange Old Barns - Hunstanton and NEW... The Handcrafted Company - Blakeney. A Christmas exhibition at the Picturecraft Gallery starts in November, further details nearer the time. Janice Alamanou cards and small prints are also available in shops around the coast. Christmas cards are now in Wells-next-the-Sea - Post Office, The Grapevine Gallery - Burnham Market, Special Moments - Fakenham and The Handcrafted Company - Blakeney. Other venues following shortly. All images are available to buy from the website. Also look out for one of my photographs of 'Holkham in the Snow' on the Norfolk Coastal buses. Enjoy September, I will blog again soon. Janice
